Crisps.

I love Tyrrells, especially sweet chilli and pepper flavour. They sell them in The Bank pub on Mosley Street.

Miss some of the decent crisps. Can you still get Brannigans? Seabrook and salt n shake? Loved the roast beef and mustard.

What's your favourite?

Brannigans roast beef and mustard were my all time favourite. Real thick crisps and the flavour of the mustard was spot on. A bit pricey but well worth it.

Always loved the shitty MSG types like pickled onion monster munch and scampi and lemon nik naks. Disco salt and vinegar were nice and didn't mind the bacon frazzles either. I don't even know if any of them class as crisps because they weren't the usual type like Walkers/Golden Wonder.

One thing I know is that North America is seriously lagging behind in crisps, it's no way as popular!!

Got some the other day, the fish and chips seem about 3 times the size. Considering the last time i had a pack of these i was about 10, its probably even bigger than that. Unless Ive shrunk?!

I would drive a thousand miles to get some of them.

Asda! £1 for 6 bags

I'd boil my own bollocks to be able to get these today.
Wow. Another blast from the past .. Like little tubes they were. And yes, Beef flavour. Probably died out after the BSE scandals. God it must be 25 years ago that I had a packet of them, makers me feel sad that.

this thread & certain posters have inspired me and I'm close to spunking $150 on crisps & chocolate (although if I delay it much longer it's seriously in danger of doubling up as I discover more things that I miss):

Amazon's shipping is better than that earlier company's by a country mile

You're mental mate! lol. Anyone back in England who can send you a load of bags? I don't know if they do shipping by weight or size these days.

I miss crisps the most, they sell them at various British stores here but I'm too tight to pay $2 a bag! :D

Edit - Them roast chicken flavour are very nice. Back in the day (don't know if anyone can remember) there used to be Walkers flavour called Toasted Cheese, very nice they were!

I'm sure it's done with weight and it don't weigh too much. I'm sure from here it's done with size on some stuff.

That bloke sells a lot of stuff, handy to pick some stuff up from him!

McCoys Steak flavour proper tasty, Beef Monster Munch, Salt & Vinegar Pringles

i used to love pringles back in the day but got a bit fed up of them. It makes me wonder if it's the chemical in them which makes it addictive. I think Doritos are almost 95% artificial crap too

Used to eat these wonderful

The Scampi and Lemon Nik Naks and Disco salt and vinegar apparently changed the ingredients a bit. Scampi and Lemon is no longer as fishy or good as it used to be, which is a shame was my favourite back in the day. The Disco's have less of the flavouring of vinegar too. Not sure why they change stuff that isn't broken

Used to love Wheat crunchies. Remember the toasted cheese as well. Also went through a phase of eating spring onion and bacon crinkly mini cheddars. KP used to make Spring Onion flavour too, anyone remember these?
