Next season Jose will be at the Rags and the prodigal tranny will go with him.

Jose could be Bobby's replacement if our season goes tits up.

LOL. You've done it now ;)

Ahem, I see the board is pretty quiet at the moment. Good job, otherwise it could be a case of here we go again with that comment!!

I forgot about the ;). But to be a bit serious he is under a lot of pressure and you never know even though I don't want it to happen.

It's a good guess because when Mourinho leaves the club Tranny won't want to stay around with some Spanish ass kisser like Benitez when theres already Portuguese-Spanish divisions in the camp and Mourinho will take him with him no doubt to his new club.

Agreed with you, of course. Although if I'm being honest, when that big discussion was taking place on here earlier in the year, I'll admit to being one of those who, if we had not won the league, who have happily taken Mourinho at city over Mancini, simply cos for me Jose is the best manager out there.
Realistically there'll be next to zero support for that view at the moment I reckon, Bobby is currently walking on water.

He's been sulking after Iniesta got the Ballon d'Or...

He can't even win it when Messi doesn't!

He 'll have gone back to Madrid with a face like a slapped arse and someone's taken this piss so he's had a good cry...

It'll all blow over when he's off his period.

It was European player of the year award not the Ballon D'or. That award has its own event, not an extra at a competition group stage draw.

His best game against us. I can't think of anything bad hes done when playing against us or belittled us in the media hes a very respectful guy but hes going to be booed to hell when he comes to Etihad!

and he has progressed massively since then. on another note, were we really THAT shit?

Is this bollocks?

City made world-record Ronaldo offer.
Manchester City made a phenomenal £158m bid for Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo this summer, according to Spanish newspaper AS - a publication with strong links to Los Blancos.
The Premier League Champions were prepared to make Ronaldo the highest payed footballer on the planet, with a contract worth £15m per year, but the bid was rejected by Real president Florentino Perez.
It is not the first time Man City owner Sheikh Mansour has tried to buy the Portuguese superstar after offering £142m for the 27-year-old last year and he is reportedly desperate to land Ronaldo before UEFA’s Financial Fair Play regulations come into force in 2014.
Mansour and Perez will come face-to-face twice before the turn of the year, with Real hosting City in the Champions League group stage on 18 September, with the second meeting in Manchester on 21 November.
Ronaldo recently admitted he was ‘sad’ at the Bernebeu but is yet to explain why, amid reports that he was forced to play on the anniversary of his father’s death and that he wants more money from the La Liga Champions.
City are keen to take advantage of Ronaldo’s unease to bring him back to the Premier League but it is understood that Ronaldo is reluctant to join the Eastlands club after spending six years with their fierce rivals Manchester United.

There fans want to sell him it looks like they have had enough of him. They could buy a few new players for that sort of manager such as Falcao and Neymar who are younger and don't come with the baggage Ronaldo does.

Yes. Apart from the ludicrous amounts of money, the reporter seems to think the Sheikh attends all our games.
