Cristiano Ronaldo

He is so greedy. What has he been winning in Madrid for him to now demand huge salary increases ? He scores a goal a game but also takes 12 shots a game. Like a huge vacuum which sucks away everyone else's opportunity.

Utd's chances of re-signing Ronaldo have nose-dived
was there ever a chance?
Yes, because there was a lot of talk that he would not extend his contract and that therefore Real Madrid would sell now, while he still had a good transfer value.

Cristiano Ronaldo has said that he is confident that he will sign a new Real Madrid deal soon. #RMFC #MUFC

Speaking after Portugal's 1-0 World Cup qualifying win over Russia in Lisbon on Friday, Ronaldo said: "I am well, calm and not worried about it. I know we will reach a deal."

And how the **** can he justify having a bigger salary then Messi at Barcelona? because that's what he's asking for to be the highest paid footballer in history. More hassle then he's worth he hasn't won Madrid many trophies for the investment and how he is selfish and doesn't let anyone else shoot is part of the problem that is holding Madrid down but it's easier to blame his team mates i guess..

I am glad he has signed his new deal as he wouldn't be the right fit at City and it stops the Rags having a slim chance in re-signing him.

Can this be right?

MEN continuing to link Ronaldo to Man Utd. £65m transfer fee. Fair enough

but £675k per week plus image rights!!!!!

Manchester United have been linked with a £65million move for ex-Red Cristiano Ronaldo - in time for Rio Ferdinand's testimonial.

United want to unveil Ronaldo on August 8, allowing the Portuguese star to pull on a red shirt again the following day during Ferdinand's testimonial against Sevilla.

Luring the 28-year-old back from Real Madrid would result in the biggest transfer in British football history. Ronaldo's representatives are reportedly demanding around £35m a year gross wages, plus all image rights.

NANI is set for talks with new United boss David Moyes on Monday before deciding on his immediate future.

The Reds winger, 26, is rumoured to be a £12m target for Monaco, Napoli and Galatasaray.

I think this report from the MEN is absolutely factual and correct.

The Glazers are only interested in doing their best for the United fans and will pay whatever it takes to get Ronaldo, they have no interest in bleeding the club dry and should be respected as such. Would not be surprised if they offered CR7 1 million a week :)

Glazers doing the best for United! You must be on drugs! They bought the club with the British taxpayers money. They have been scraping the bottom of the barrel but have been lucky with Fergie. United has always been a cash cow for the Glazers.
