My sweetest friendWhat have we become?
Everyone I know goes away
In the end
And you could have it all
My empire of dirt
I will let you down
I will make you hurt
My sweetest friendWhat have we become?
I don't think he will... I would struggle myself.Sorry but Ronaldo will do more commercially than Kevin & Foden combined he's the most famous footballer in the world.
Only have to look at Instagram numbersI don't think he will... I would struggle myself.
This argument is always a struggle for me… you saying that a 36yo Ronaldo does more for us commercially than say a Foden or a KDB. I just don’t buy into it.
I’m not against the signing, as he’s going to score goals. I just don’t buy that he’s a bigger pull than Grealish or Foden or KDB, on a marketing side of things (…Peak Ronaldo is a different thing).
He is a bigger superstar in the world then all 3 of them. Everyone knows Ronaldo. This argument is always a struggle for me… you saying that a 36yo Ronaldo does more for us commercially than say a Foden or a KDB. I just don’t buy into it.

Hopefully he adds to Phil’s numbers. It makes so much commercial sense.Cristiano Ronaldo social media followers - 575,600,000
Phil Foden social media followers - 10,600,000
Hmm yes, it's a close one but I think commercial partners are going to prefer it if Ronaldo pushes their brand.
Everyone is being seduced because he's been one of the best player in the world for such a long time, but he's not worth 25 million at 36 years old. Also he is just a stop gap, if we are so professional off the pitch how come we have got to this stage of the transfer without replacing our main centre forward, everybody including our owners know what Levy is like. Forwards should of been scouted long ago not trying desperately to sign a 36 year old in the dying embers of a transfer window.
We weren’t let down by Kane. He had no power. He tried. Levy just didn’t negotiate. Kane right nowEverything the Shiekh and Kaldoon have done throughout their ownership has been class and done with the upmost respect. We were let down somewhat with Kane, but that won't change our approach.
It's time to move on to another target and again City will handle it respectfully and professionally.
Oh and a guy who's scored 81 goals in 89 games a "stop gap" is a bit harsh.

I always wonder if comments like this are just more about him being ex United. That was 12 fricking years ago. We have no first class strikers. This is literally a match made in heaven to give us a chance to find a new young target over the next 1-2 seasons.Everyone is being seduced because he's been one of the best player in the world for such a long time, but he's not worth 25 million at 36 years old. We will undoubtedly make a profit on this transfer not in fees but increased sales of basically everything.Recouped in shirt sales alone
Beautiful.....People who I’ve tried talking to about this replies bitterly about City ruining the game. And they aren’t Man Utd fans.
I should have wrote "the Kane deal", I realise Kane himself didn't let us down.We weren’t let down by Kane. He had no power. He tried. Levy just didn’t negotiate. Kane right nowView attachment 25034
