Philips iwas nowhere near as bad as Thomas Frank who I fully agree is awful to watch.

I don’t mind Savage either. He seemed to have a bit of a downer on City after we sacked his pal but he’s got over that and is very fair about us. He knows how well run City are and isn’t shy of saying so.
