Nobody could make Stuart look attacking. The final home matches from New Year's Day - not a goal scored! Makes Palace look like a rampant Real over the last four games.

Thought the 1st half we played particularly well. Just unlucky that Haaland's and Grealish's chances didn't go in.

They were very defensive and thankfully we got the pen.

Pretty good win I thought.

Phew, we are a tough watch this season. I know it's not all our fault as teams defend like their lives depend on it against us and just won't open up. Thank God we got the penalty or we were never going to score. The problem is exactly that. In spite of all their defending we had at least three good chances to score and missed them. The same happened at Forest where we had even more chances. We have to be more clinical, especially in horrible tight games like this.
It's funny but even though it's been a bit of a slog this season we would be cruising it except for Arsenal having an exceptional season. I'm hoping they do their usual end of season bottle job starting tomorrow.

Also wtf has happened to Palace??? Paddy was doing a great job there at first and they were playing some decent football. Now they are even more negative and anti football than they were under Hodgson. It's baffling.

That kind of football is in Palace’s DNA, it’s nothing to do with Patrick.

Thought Alverez looked Good when he came on. Pity he couldn't finish the chance he made for himself.

Thought we were class today. Didn't have our finishing boots on, but that is often the case at their place. Dominated the ball and created plenty and showed all the character and fight of a team that wants to win the title. Still room for improvement, but you could tell from the celebrations the desire is back and we are back in business. 1 down 2 to go this week. 2 more wins this week and things are shaping up nicely. Especially when Mitrovic sees off the tarquins tomorrow.
