Sorry, didn't realise he set his own fee.

Weird that he managed to win the award for best player in the league whilst at Leicester considering he apparently has no end product.
 
How and why some posters use the Mahrez fee as another reason to abuse him is interesting.

"Oh, he was our RECORD buy. Oh, he should be much better than this. Oh, Mahrez should be nowhere near the side. Oh, why did we let Sancho go? (We didn't, HE went, but that doesn't suit the narrative), Oh, Mahrez is shit..waste of money"

Not sure. Pep clearly rates him and I liked him for Leicester.

Bernardo, Leroy, Raz etc all took a while to start really motoring to be fair.

If Riyad is not pulling up trees by NEXT Season, THAT would be the time to review his squad position.

Personally, I believe a lot of the abuse directed at Mahrez is borne out of frustration at lack of gane time for SANE, which I understand. Similar to the Gundogan Silva and FODEN situation.

Kompany to start please. Zaha got away with murder at home VK will sort him right out and set the tone we need for this one. Maybe go with Laporte at LB and Danilo RB. Sane has to play as well.

Doesn’t matter if he cost 60m or 60p mate.

He’s been hugely underwhelming.
 
Just win, I don't care how. No injuries please.

Hoping Leroy, Stones, Bernardo and Danilo will play on Sunday. Tough game but saw earlier in the thread that Palace have a poor record at home.

Exactly this and nothing less. Retaining the title is a must and we need to go for the jugular in this game, as it has the potential to be a banana skin
 
Dreading this game, Don't know what it is with Palace especially at Selhurst they always seem to make a game of it of some sort.
Hopefully we do enough to get any sort of win, At this stage of the season 3 points is all that matters.
Come On City!!
