We woke up at 2.0 down and started to play on the front foot driven by KDB, Look, if you can guarantee KDB's fitness and injury free we must get him to stay for another season at least, Yes changes are happening in the summer and KDB has said he's leaving but it maybe not too late to have another talk and ask him to say.

If City and Pep are 100% on what's coming in the summer then KDB leaving was made by KDB and there was not an offer on the table from City ?

believe me, today City was down and out at 2.0 down and waiting for a VAR verdict to be 3.0 down and something happened ? it's the sort of moments that change a game and you go on to say that was the turning point that got us a top 4 place and possibly a FA Cup,

It is a flicker of a switch and something happens ? the player's manager the fans the whole club feels differently,
I wish we could bottle it and use it when it gets dark,

Some people just like to moan and criticise the players and Pep but when they can’t they fall silent.
Well done City! First 30-35 mins looked ominous but they pulled it out of bag and went up several levels.
Yet another of the countless reasons I love this club.
Pep, after a shaky start, your tactics prevailed. Bloody well done!
 
I thought we were unlucky to go two or three down, and started well. But it was looking bad until King Kev rolled back the years.

I still don't think we are as far off it as some on here have said this season. A couple more big signings, Rodri back, Foden back to his best and we are challengers again.

Was more than enough on the pitch today for top five.

Good stuff.

Unfortunately kdb just doesn't have the body to get through a season at a high level any more. Can't be paying those wages for sporadic world class performances mixed with labouring or being a bit part player. Unless of course we could afford to pay it and have him being a pure impact player then fair enough

Behind me it was "this team will be fighting relegation next season".

As I've had a regular evening meeting switched from Wednesdays to Thursdays to avoid CL games I'm hoping not to need it switched back but at 0-2 I was composing the email...
 
Food for thought for sure. The formation was good maybe a couple of tweaks in personnel but we looked cohesive and created lots of chances against a good team in good form.

Gonzalez has to play from now on. Bobb has to be pushing for a start too. Right back still a black hole. Marmoush’s pressing was excellent.

Agree, giving one of, if not the current form team (over 15 odd games) a 2 goal start.....and putting 5 past them, and could easily have been more, is a very good performance.
