Crystal Palace Thread 2013/14

I've no problem with Palace too , and your fans were the noisiest league team to come to the Etihad ,( bayern were the noisiest). Most of us have a problem with pulis , he is still bitter about our famous wembley play off win in 1999 he should be over it by now.

Don't know where all these parking the bus comments are coming from?

I would say they played on the break rather than sat back hoping for a nil nil. And probably had more
decent half chances than any other away side this season. Arsenal apart maybe.

You won't see many games where a top teams 'keeper gets man of the match at home to a bottom side.
And certainly not when they've parked the bus.

I can't be arsed looking it up but I assume Palace also played Boxing Day? So if anything it should have been an
advantage to us and our bigger squad, doubling back two days later. I'm guessing they didn't have the luxury of resting six players either.

That said, if they want to stay up, they may need to take a leaf out of thier old tenants, Wimbledons book and prioritise games against
teams around them, rather than putting all their energy into gallant defeats against the big teams. Although if they can produce that level of performance on a regular basis, the chances are they'll find three worse teams than them come May.

The Palace Ultra's are as pitiful as the binty cheerleaders

Pullis, bitter shit, Ebola's too good for him..

Don't want to see Palace go down though, Blunderland, Cardiff and Foolham for me.

Bit disapointed you couldn't come up with an hilarious play on words for Cardiff also.

Cardicks?

It is a pity that Palace have Pulis. In fact, it's a pity anyone has Pulis! He's there for one reason only: to keep 'em up. His record of never being relegated he wears as a glittering badge with puffed up pride, a record which I hope comes asunder in the pretty near future. The PL needs better footballing brains than the few bitter, jealous brain cells Pulis brings to the technical area.

Dont want Fulham to go down. Great Away day that one and we have a great record there.

If you go to palace away you will quickly realise that you will want them to go down. Awful ground to get to.

Plus I can't stand Pullis so hope they do
Along with Sunderland and Stoke.

Exactly, feel sorry for the young players at Palace. They will learn absolutely zilch about the game from him and his coaching staff.
