CSKA Moscow Away Behind Closed Doors?

PFC CSKA Moskva
PFC CSKA Moskva have appealed against the decision taken by the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body on 3 October. The meeting of the UEFA Appeals Body will be held on Monday 27 October.
The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body had ordered PFC CSKA Moskva to play their next three UEFA competition home matches behind closed doors. The Russian team had also been fined €200,000.
In addition, CSKA had been banned from selling tickets to their fans for the next two UEFA Champions League group stage games which the club will play as the visiting side.

Does this mean the game is no longer behind closed doors?

I suppose the office building option to be the best one, as it's still-better-than-TV (I think we may have a tv or a laptop and wi-fi to be able to watch some replays there), it's unusual, cool and safe (rent a mini-bus, go by it from, for example, the city centre, to that office building and park at their fenced private property, nobody would gets in except us) Who's still up for it?

If we somehow don't do it, then there's a proper sports bar "Liga Pap" in the city centre. The food, the drinks, the service and facilities to watch a game were good last time I was there. We can book a proper kind of cellar there for blues only. Or be in the crowd. There's no rednecks, aggressive people or racists in such places, so you don't need to be nervous about it. But the atmosphere will deffo be better in that kind of basement.

Wouldn't the sanctions be suspended pending the appeal?
