Ben Haim needs to go first ! To sell Dunne to a rival and let Ben Haim wear a city shirt again would be madness.
Sell Ben haim. First choice Toure and Lescott, Dunne and Nedum backup. Richards and Zabs right back, Bridge and Lescott left back. Thats a decent looking defensive squad.
If we sell Dunne we will have to sign 2 more central defenders not 1 IMO as Ben Haim is not even a mid table player let alone top 6.

He hasn't showed any signs of this in pre-season.
If we get Lescott, Dunne should go. Lescott, Toure, Ned, Vinnie and then Micah are ample cover for a team not in Europe this season

Ben Haim is on more money than Dunne and how many teams will be willing to pay a reported 60k a week? I love people that come on and say ohhh lets get rid of ........... to do that you need a buyer! Yeah, bet you'd have loved Dunney to leave when we couldn't score under Pearce and Dunne was one half of the central defence that kept us in the league. How about the 4 times he won player of the year, or when him and Micah's heroics kept out the rags at home home. What about Liverpool at home 2 seasons ago when he marked Torres out of the game. Bet you wouldn't have been crying if he'd left then either. Dunne deserves so much more respect than some of the comments you read on here. He isn't a top 4 defender no, but he does put 100% in week in and week out and helped keep us in the division on more than one occasion. If he goes he deserves our best wishes and gratitude, not snide digs.
