Unlucky thats all you can say. Joe O Brien maybe should of had him up with the speed at the front hes a young jockey and he will know himself he gave Camelot a poor ride. I think they might send him to the Arc if the ground is good and race him there.
As for comparing him and Frankel 2 different horses. 1 trainer was happy to keep Frankel at a mile for all of his races apart from his last 1. Also to say 1 is better than the other well they might end up racing each other. Camelot is a top class horse just not given the best of rides today I think Joe knows he should of done better than he did on it.

Leighton man i respect what you say on here but Camelot isnt the real deal imo. have a look at this https://twitter.com/jamie_devine/status ... 16/photo/1 in other words what has he really beat? Good horse yes, top top class no.
This has nothing to do with Frankel though. Imo he hasn't beat anything really special. Let's see if I'm proved wrong if he has another year in training. I'll happily admit it if I am.leighton said:welcometomanchester said:leighton said:Unlucky thats all you can say. They have tested the horse over a number of distances and apart from today it has won at each distance. You might not think its a top top class horse but most of the people within the racing world do think its a top top class horse. Hell it was trying to do something that no horse has done since Nijinsky today says it all to me. Just missed out on it.
To be honest Frankel and Cecil didnt have the balls to move the great Frankel up in distance until his last race and Frankel is a 4 year old he should of been racing longer distances earlier at 3 in my opinion. Greatest Miler granted but the greatest of all time questionalble for me.

You can put in the different categories - football - racing etc and even add the dates from and to. (Not sure of the time restriction though).
If you know the exact date and put it is as from - don't forget to fill in another date in the "to" column. I usually add a couple of dates on from the date I want to look at.
Hope it helps Law74 (and the link works).
