Had Commanche on a double with Norwegian reward in the 1.25...works out abt 4/1

I have just checked a bet i had on the golf,a 5 fold on the 3 ball.....Bet365 has paid it out as a winner £304.79.
I have placed a few bets since,and checked the balance........Minus£24.99........wtf
It turns out the bet was a losing one,but it has taken them over 10 hours to rectify the overpayment and it was taken back out without telling me.
They have agreed to reset the balance to zero now but only after me bitching about shutting the account.
I have been with them a while now and never had a problem before.......

So you only realised the bet was up when you seen the money in the account(even though it wasnt up)
Surely you must of checked the results yourself?

They do have the right to rectify errors - it has happened to me several times,sometimes in my favour,sometimes in their's.
At least they wrote off the £24-99 debt,which technically they didn't have to do.

No didn't check as the comp didn't end until 4am,only checked when i got
home at 2pm.A quick look at the balance and away i went,only to see it disappear 30 min later
I was under the imprecation it was all computerised

Like nf said at least they let you off for £25
