Kingsbarn on Wednesday if he runs in the big race Each Way this is the horse that Coolmore were claiming to be 1 to look out for. So far it has been injured just want to see if he can run well with a view to a race at Ascot on Champions day but I wouldnt be surprised to see Al Kazeem getting beaten so many good horses in that race for me and its a case of value for me. Even Camelot is a huge price if they have him right but with his injury I just think he isnt the horse of last season. Can be expected from a horse who had major operation at the end of last season to be even racing is some going at that level again.

Kingsbarn has been entered in two races mate, been off the track for a long time and may need the run.
Al kazeem, camelot, declaration of war et al, it will have it's work cut out. i have no doubt that o'brian
would not of entered it if he thought it was not fit enough though.

I know O'Brien likes to go mob handed in these Gp1 races, but I find the entry of Camelot interesting. Can't see it winning, but be interesting to see if it attracts any support and how it runs.

If you don't fancy the top 3 in the market, there's some big prices knocking about on Betfair.

Ruler Of The World 27.67
Hillstar 42
Declaration Of War 42.57
Kingsbarns 26.75

Only Al khazeem's stall not opening will prevent him from winning this
Tbh I don't think any of coolmores horses will be placed
And that includes the two derby winners.

The way I look at it the jockey selections for the race will be key. IF all run there will be at least 2 interesting runners for top jockeys to be on be it Camelot , Ruler of The World and Kingsbarn they are the 3 main 1 and what Joesph goes for it wouldnt shock me if he picks the wrong 1. I know he is a young lad but I think that Coolmore may well look into getting a top class experienced jockey in. Be it next season or the season after. Joe is finding it hard this year. Tatics aint right at all in some races this will be a great learning curve for him this season. I think Coolmore will stick with him next season but he has to be more dominant in races. I look at a lot of Irish racing and there is a hell of a lot of young riders or experienced jockey's who would love that job. Also with O Brien being so tall he might well find it harder and harder to make the weights needed. I think he will stay in racing riding but maybe over the jumps.

Cookie thats a big call. I think they will get 1 placed. I wouldnt put it by them to even get the win. They do it all the time they get 1 right and it goes out and wins. Al Khazeems a cracking horse no doubting it. I just think he will crack on Wednesday. Kingsbarn is the 1 I am looking forward to seeing. Yes it would be some training if he was to win it but all of the Coolmore horses need a run in them before you see the best of them. Should be a good week ahead.

Any of you horse racing experts able to post some tips for Wednesday racing at York.

I going with the family, would like one or two winners to aid the day.

just remember i have had 1 winner in 12 races on the scoop6............... i am by no means an authority on the subject of horse racing
otherwise i would not be getting up at 4.45 every morning.....the choice is yours, have a good day out.

Barnet fair....e/w.......dropped in trip and could place
The gey gatsby.....will be doing all it's work at the business end
Telescope.....can not see passed this
Al kazeem...see cookies comments, every time i have backed against this it wins
Eagle rock....e/w....been running well with not much luck
Banaader...should be there and abouts.
