If he's off to PSG surely our local press pack would have been briefed by City.
I can't imagine a world where City don't know and are waiting to see where his plane lands, checking the flight tracker threads for news.

This- I've seen many people on here, some of them respected posters, telling others that there's 'no chance' he'll go to PSG, that the deal to come to us is 'done' and that they should 'get over it'.
