Not sure about him at left back. Think buying a left back would make a lot of sense in Jan to cover for and give Delph a breather.
Agree with this. I do think it's hard to get the best from Danilo on the left when he's clearly not left footed.

The question is if we bring in a new LB in January what happens next season? We will have 3 LBs. Plus 3 RBs in Walker, Danilo and MAffeo. It seems to me that if we bring in a new LB in January it should (if possible) be a loan. It should also (if possible) be an association trained player. Otherwise we will be stuck with one player too many in the full back positions meaning somebody will be left out of the champions league squad which would result in a very unhappy player around the dressing room.
Alternatively we could sell one of our current full backs.

I honestly thiyght he was in for dinho and delph would Ben left back. I think he would be better in the dm role than delph.

In all seriousness though, we need to see him at right back before final judgement as it’s his natural position, but Walker is so good he’s hasn’t had a look in

Can Walker play CB? He surely is a safer bet than Mangala and then Danilo can play over there.
Surprised we haven't tried Walker at LB and let Danilo have a game at RB. Can only assume we've given a go in training and Kyle was worse at LB than Danilo. As someone said above, wouldn't mind seeing him fill in for Dinho to see what he's like there as we need a backup for that spot and he's got the right amount of energy.
