Danilo 2018/19 Performances

I really like Danilo; he always makes me feels safe and confident, whichever side he is playing on, always works hard, he seems to never cause any problems, on nor off the field, being very professional... and he actually always looks like he wants to play, I mean really play, to make something happen. He seems passionate about he game. Good lad, and I think we are very lucky to gave him.

Think thats a very fair summing up of the player,esp his determination to make something happen.A good ,talented classy versatile ,professional to have in the squad.
Trying to think of other City full backs who have slotted in seamlessly at both right and left back posistions ..?
 
The way peoples' opinions of him have changed since Christmas has been pretty funny to watch after months of defending him.

Wasn't he hospitalized for that back at Tothenham?
 
One of the few players that always seems to want to put his foot in when things get a tad hot. Unlike the others, however, (Fernandinho/Delph/Walker), he seems sufficiently adroit to go in and pick up the ball rather go in and pick up a booking.

Strikes me as a proper 'athlete' - in the James Milner (spit) mould; I imagine he eats right, doesn't drink, trains well and keeps himself ready during the off-season.
