I'd be concerned if he was our only RB choice but having Walker already in, it's not a bad option as a back up. Real Madrid seemed to cope with him in their side last year!

IMO if Danilo can refind his Porto form he'd be exceptional as rotation for both the RB and LB position, he basically has no weak foot and can play on either side which should be a massive bonus, in his Porto time he also had the ability to play in midfield which albeit he didn't do much or at all he could during games tuck in.

He also began to get going for Madrid towards the end of the season so there's that aswell.

I personally don't care about the money really. We all want the best players, therefore we will be paying the high prices. I think we all know when City are involved with transfers, whether it be in or out, we get screwed. I'd prefer to live with it, and get the players we want. It only gives the press something to bitch about anyway.

me too. now when there is no ffp problem, I couldn't give a flying one how much we pay for some player as long as he is a good and one we need.
