Of course he would,he's a good player,a very hard working team player,and most importantly.....he's clinical.

Would i be happy if he was the sole striker we brought in? No i wouldnt,but as an addition/understudy to one of first choice targets,yes i would.
 
No from me. Looks too much like this guy. And I was a GoT fan...:)

Completely agree about getting in haaland this season. Just with our recent history of walking away from deals that exceed our valuation. Something we shouldn’t be messing around with though! Hopefully it’ll be us...

Danny Ings expected goals = 22 . Actual goals 30
Sergio expected goals 17. Actual 17.
As back up, he may make some sense.

As a backup he may make sense, what doesn't make sense is signing a backup.

Pep doesn't neccesarily play with a striker anyway so 2 is plenty, jesus is one and with him being more of a forward than a striker with the ability to play on the wing or as a false 9 as well, the other one has to be an out and out striker. if you're losing aguero then the minimum you expect in a replacement is that they're not playing second fiddle to Jesus and even as an out and out striker ings would be.

That is a very interesting post. What surprises me is how we are stacked at centre half now, when we had Sergio,Tevez, Dzeko, Negredo, Balotelli in attack before. We will sign a new forward,hopefully Erling.Would prefer Delap to then be given a chance rather than Ings.
