He wouldnt I'm afraid, he'd more than likely have to have an ileostomy which would mean his small intestine protruding from the upper right hand side of his abdomen with a bag attached to collect his liquid faeces.
Believe it or not I know people that would rather have that than live with a chronic bowel disorder.

Seen a similar illness in my Daughter and it really is unpleasant and her condition was nowhere near the severity of Fletcher's. I wish him well.
