This, my niece has a form of this disease and it is not pleasant.
Good luck Darren.
hopefully good news for us whilst I hope he makes a full recovery.
This. Rivalry aside I would not wish ill health on anyone. Hope he gets better
gutted for the kid,i think he`ll end up retiring,it seems to me he`s come back and give it a go.....for every success story in football a few players get the shit end of the stick...
anyone explain whats up with the guy and how it efects his game. i missed all the news today
That we do. It makes you wonder what drives some people on to make ill informed comments re. someone's health.
He wouldnt I'm afraid, he'd more than likely have to have an ileostomy which would mean his small intestine protruding from the upper right hand side of his abdomen with a bag attached to collect his liquid faeces.
Believe it or not I know people that would rather have that than live with a chronic bowel disorder.
I know a lad who knows Darren, he's a belting lad by all accounts so I wish him a speedy recovery regardless.
Seen a similar illness in my Daughter and it really is unpleasant and her condition was nowhere near the severity of Fletcher's. I wish him well.
