Yes he said in an interview that he could be one of the best Cb :s in the future. Maybe Sheikh has empty pockets or something? :D

it's standard procedure a club apply for a work permit, it doesn't mean he's close to signing, it doesn't mean anything.

still alot of work to be done from the chelsea end, imo he will end up there, but it's far from done.

imagine city coming in with a late bid and stealing him off chelsea? :)
