David Moyes - Honest opinions

I don't really care for how much or how little he spends. I don't put too much emphasis on what he's 'achieved' at Everton.

I look at the way his teams play the game and the way he sets them up.

I found his Everton team were generally ugly to watch and were set up to stop other teams playing. As much as I despise the rags, this generally cannot be said of them. So I do wonder why they chose him, and where this will lead to. I'm sure the early days will his side set up pretty much the way it finished last season. The team pretty much picks itself give or take a tweak here and there, but given the tough start they've been handed it will be very interesting to see how he copes if all doesn't go to plan early doors.

Longer term I predict a slow, painful descent.
