David Pizarro

Sign him up for one more year in his current role (a la Paddy V last year), and then transition him into the coaching staff. Seems like a great role model for the younger players.

Another Mancini transfer master stroke? He's totting up a pretty good percentage on worthwhile signings vs flops now surely?
The only player i ever put in the flops category was Kolarov. This season he has really turned it around so he is coming off the list.

Pizarro looked very tidy again today. For the very low price it will need we should get him signed up!
well, Boateng and Hargreaves and also possibley Savic.
Although we didn't lose any money on Boateng and Savic can still prove himself
and we won't lose any money on Hargreaves as he was free

Let's get him signed to a longterm deal shall we?

I think the problem is that he is gonna be 33 later this year. Which is why i don't think he will be signed permanently.

How old are giggs and scholes?
He actually reminds of old gio kinkladze. Although he doesn`t actually run with he ball as much.

I'd love to see Pizarro on the squad past this year.

Does anyone know if we have right of first refusal on Pizarro once his loan is up?
I think we have a £1m option to buy

Very impressed with the cameos that Pizarro has played so far.

That ball today for Kolarov which resulted in the goal was class. From where I was sat in CBL2 it looked like he'd overhit the pass for Kolarov to run on to, but actually it was perfectly weighted and a fantastic cross and goal ensued. Might even have been balata'd I'm not sure!

Roma seem willing to let him go, so I imagine he'll take Hargreaves' place in the squad next season. By all accounts he's been really impressive in training, and I like the fact that he's almost been taking on a coaching role at times. Seems like a good influence in the dressing room, and still got the ability to make a significant contribution on the pitch.
