Question: Is David Silva the English football player of the decade? Has anyone else in the country been this consistently good for this long and won this much since the start of 2010?

Touré, De Bruyne, Aguero, Kane, Ozil, Hazard and countless others have enjoyed great spells of form but none of them have sustained it every season for almost the whole ten years.
