He's not doing anywhere near enough both creatively and off the ball. His touch has been very poor and that corner he attempted in the first half basically summed his last four months up.

The corner was shit I’ll give you that, especially as they had a man off the pitch.

He's been below par for four months now. He should be below Foden in the pecking order. Last night he was terrible in a game we really needed him to recapture his magic.

Exactly, it's akin to the criticism Gundogan was getting earlier in the season.

It seems some only deal in extremes, either great or shit when the truth more often than not is somewhere in between.

Probably just beyond his peak years and gets tired if he plays too many games.

Which is fine really, as he never relied too much on pace and with Foden emerging we can give him a rest more often, and he will be back at his best next season hopefully.

He was so good last season because he’d seemingly got over his fear of shooting, scoring some quality goals in the process. This season he just bottles any opportunity to shoot and it’s blunting our attack. I’d sooner have Gundo or Foden in his place on current form with Bernardo and KDB being the first choice pairing.

Its obvious he hasn't been anywhere near the level we know and have become accustomed to since he arrived all those years ago - but it seems Bernado Silva has now become this talisman
