So in other words City and Valencia agreed a fee for David Silva a week ago which then allows us permission to speak to the player and his agent. You are claiming we haven't even bothered speaking to him despite agreeing a fee for him. LOL.

Valencia’s star Spain midfielder David Silva has admitted that he is aware of interest in his services from England, but insists that his only current focus is on the World Cup finals.

The 24-year-old has been linked with the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool, but Silva is content to wait for reported interest to be firmed up.

He told Superdeporte:“My future right now is with the international team and I do not think beyond that.

Liam, I am going to defend Chaz on this one, not from a personal point of view but basically from a rules and regulations point of view. Rather than actually calling for a warning or a ban and stating it in a post, why not just report the post to a moderator and let them deal with the situation / the thing you feel Chaz goes against with regards to the Code of Conduct rather than aggrivating the situation by suggesting your own sort of punishment?

I can't verify Freestyler has a genuine source, only that his comments on Cook's movements, the particular week we were supposed to meet with Valencia, are correct.

Now I have PMd a few close people with that info, may have even posted it at some point, all I am stating is the location is correct.

As for Silva, where we are at, he knows I don't agree with his info in terms of a timeline etc.

I was trying to reference Silva in the original It's Quiet thread, about three weeks back, but it would be disrespectful of me to suggest Freestyler is piggybacking on stuff now out in the public domain.

I'd certainly suggest people cut him some slack, perm any one of only three clubs (inc us) where Silva will be playing next season.
