It's the logical thing to think. Valencia have said all along they only plan on selling 2 high priced stars to alleviate their debts. They've done that. However, if they want to freshen the squad up they may have to sell again to raise funds! So maybe the Silva deal isn't as dead in the water yet as some may think.......

dear oh dear, silva deal is most definitely not dead in the water. even given a free choice, why would he want to stay at a Valencia once everyone else has left?

simple fact seems to be, Valencia are not in a position to turn down 20m+ for any of their players. they've held the wolf from the door for years, but now the creditors want paying.

thiago silva is a centre half plays there with nesta not seen much off him but probs half decent if hes playin for milano

he will leave thats for sure but he is just biding time praying that big clubs like madrid or barca revive their interest in him , if not he will look towards premier league clubs like chelsea and if they are not interested he might then think about us.IMO if he was that much interested in our club and project he would have signed by now , he is just sitting there in africa hoping that someone convinces mourinho to look towards him.
