Whoever you talk to,even Rags & Dippers,all agree that Our Dave is a wonderful player and human being.
I have never heard anyone slate him off and we paid peanuts for my previous god like player,King Colin.However,without doubt,Dave was a steal at his price.

My personal favourite farcical responses are from (mostly earnest) Liverpool supporters contending either Torres or Xabi Alonso were better.

I am uniquely placed to laugh off those suggestions with supreme certainty.
