David Silva

Cue the bullsh*t:

He is EASILY the best player in the premier league.

He is only second to Messi in the world.

I cannot believe he is OURS.

I LOVE YOU SILVA.

I agree he's the best in the Premiership. Let's hope his fellow pros and the press agree - player of season awards here they come, along with the premiership title.

Perhaps Messi and Ronaldo are better than Silva, but they are not as some claim, on another level/planet.

I'm not sure that playing in the EPL necessarily makes a player better, as a previous poster claimed. It didn't make Robinho, for one, any better.

On the other hand, playing with better players around you in the same team will generally make a player better.

Note then, that Messi, Xavi, and Iniesta have each other to make them better - and how less effective Messi often is for Argentina than he is for Barcelona.

Perhaps Silva, Aguero, Balotelli, and, possibly Dzeko and Nasri, can start to emulate the Messi-Xavi-Iniesta effect.

It was only a matter of time until they came sniffing around, especially given his talent is now on full display... but they can FUCK RIGHT OFF!!!

How good was his trickery, and the the ball to Milner for Aguero's goal?!

We've been seen it so many times, but it never, ever gets tiring!
