look, its no good banning all these rags, they add to our coffers and it is piss funny reading their posts knowing they are fucking destroyed by our success. they would jump ship (again) but even they realise having done it before they look proper plastic if they now become blues, they want to but they know its embarrassing. I feel for them, I know I shouldn't but I really do. they will never, ever, feel the way we do for our club. there will never be an agueroooo moment, never a semi final win like we had over them, never feel a shift of power 40 years in the making. all that is in our DNA and the DNA of our club. that can't be transferred from Watford fc, Cambridge utd or whoever.

He started well but faded. Spain seem to play him in a more advanced role than City. The trouble is that, with a few sublime exceptions, his finishing is his biggest weakness. He should really convert more chances.

Silva and Jordi Alba were the only two that had good games (not wonderful, as they both made mistakes, but much better than their teammates). But Del Bosque already did what he has in the past: scapegoated Silva and Torres because they are easy targets and it helps him to avoid taking the blame for horrible decisions to bring/play Costa (who does not fit the system and isn't fit) and start Casillas (who is so rusty he would fall apart on a bumpy road).

I'm just even more amazed that Silva can play passes ranging from 2-30 yards and make them look like 5 yard passes, he just keeps on giving.

I think he meant to convey how it came off in the interview, though shouldn't have used quotes to do it.

As I've said many times, I think Silva (and Jordi Alba) where the only two players who had a decent match, and neither should be dropped for the next one, but I know Del Bosque does not generally work that way, unfortunately.

They are not even playing as a team, each one of them (except Silva) is after their own personal glory. I feel sorry for David Silva because he's been put in that attacking midfield role but nobody is making runs for him.
