De Bruyne out for 10 weeks

no he is a huge loss, but we have a strong squad and it was inevitable some of our top players would get injuted again soon enough due to the lack of protection from teh referees.

It's a loss but we have had Aguero, Silva and Kompany our for long periods and still kept in touch. Our best form came before we signed him so if we can keep the rest of our players fit, there's no reason why we can't have a good shot at winning the title.

Hopefully, no one else gets injured :(

Just to give the injury situation a bit of context.
I can't know for certain but I would be willing to bet that there are very few teams out there, if any, that are at full strength for the whole season. It's just a consequence of the type of sport football is. While to go without any injuries to your main players would undoubtedly be a huge advantage, it would need to be a perfect storm rather than something to be expected as a matter of course.

It's how it was allowed to happen is the most dispiriting. The ref allowed Everton getting away with nasty fouls near the end of the game carte blanche without even a free kick for our team so the fucker who fouled De Bruyne was allowed to run roughshod over De Bruyne without a foul being awarded. There seems to be a mandate whereby opposing teams can't compete with City playing football so they are allowed to foul us instead and it goes uncontested.

Same **** tackled through Aguero right before their goal. Sure, he got the ball...but he took out the back of Aguero's legs in the process. Whatever happened to that "no tackling from behind" rule?
