Sky sports saying we've bid £47m.... BBC still saying we are weighing up if we should make an offer or not... god I love the transfer window...

Delay could be anything. Everyone needs to chill he fuck out. Some unsubstantiated quotes which contradict verified quotes, posted by a random Twitter user with 1000 followers and everyone is going in to stage 10 meltdown. As recent as 11 o'clock this morning his agent told Sky that they are awaiting an agreement between clubs. If he has changed his mind in the last 2 hours I'll be amazed.
 
Also TalkSPORT have just this second thrown another quote in to the mix, Wolfsburg's Klaus (Sporting Director) has just admitted that Kevin won't see out his contract.
