Personally and I'll probably get shit for it but lopes isn't good enough imo. Suits a Europa league club like the rags...

He might not be now but he could be good enough given the opportunity. He's got as much potential as any other player his age in Europe.

I don't think it's over. It's lost in translation. Hes taken an award and said I play for Wolfsburg. Which he does, I'd watch this space a little longer!

The person I know, who I've had 0 reason to doubt, still says that as of this morning: KDB, his girlfriend and agent all wanted the move and KDB was 'fed up' of Wolfsburg. If something has changed, it has to have been quite sudden. I'm still a little dubious myself, also gutted if he has done a 180. You'd think we'd have known what his intentions were before him announcing it on stage..

Not really sure what's going on to be honest! City thought the deal was close, and apparently even his agent (who's been encouraging him to move to City) wasn't aware he was going to make this announcement tonight. Strange scenario, but seems pretty definitive when he's done it so publicly.
