No big deal but I have lived in Belgium for a number of years , Dutch and Flemish are just dialect differences and of coarse French in the South "Wallonia" also German is spoken around Bastogne and Luxemburg .Belgians doesn't really have a first language, they speak french, dutch and flemish, depending on the area in Belgium.
The Flemish speakers all speak very good English and BBC 1 , BBC 2 and BBC World on Belgium T.V. Also English is the main language in the university's.
Again no big deal.
