That's not true in the slightest. Him playing in their next game just means that he's still officially their player. Why would they not play him? They're desperate to keep him and an injury that puts the deal on ice wouldn't concern them as much as it would us.It was never going to happen today. The interesting part will be if he plays in Wolfsburg next match. If he does there is a LONG way to go in negotiations. No way would either party risk a 50 odd million pound deal if it was close to happening.
