He seems like a genuinely nice lad and has respect for the fans who backed him to help turn his career around after the Chelsea disappointment.

I don't have an issue with that at all or that he would put that ahead of upsetting a few people on fan forums from a team he has yet to sign for.

He can only act in the here and now. But if he wants to move it must be obvious to him that he will have to make it clearer than he has so far to Wolfsburg that if he is denied because he refused to demand a transfer then he is likely to be distracted for the season and they will not see the same KDB this time around.
