Got to remember that he isn't going to announce any agreement if there isnt anything signed. Whilst we may have an agreed fee, if there are still details to be finalised then KDB is theirs and they can do what they like with him. Yes, there may be an agreement in principle, but he would never in a million years say that in the presser. It'll happen, it's just going to take a little bit longer.

He's resigned to losing KDB and is using the media to try and get the best deal possible. You can't really blame the guy for that.

Also, if we don't want him to play for Wolfsburg then we pay the valuation.

He's just using every method available to him to try and negotiate a better deal.

The fact he stated that he is in talks with City is the most important factor.
