De Bruyne?

His value has risen exponentially in a short space of time. I can't confess to knowing everything about him but read a lot of positive things. Is he as good as someone like Hazard?

No, not remotely near that level regardless of what they tell you on here.

I have a feeling all this (false) press on a 60m£ offer might have a really bad impact on negotiations, which is why it may take a while longer. it's crazy how all of the media is claiming an offer of around 80m€ based on presumably nothing.

Wolfsburg president just said they haven't recieved any bids and he has not told them he wants to leave

Chairmen/Managers/Presidents of clubs who are potentially selling a player say all sorts of stuff, and all of it aimed at getting what they want. In this instance I suspect what they want is the most money for De Bruyne that they can. All the (informed) rumours point to De Bruyne wanting to come here. What the president says is probably, technically, accurate. City may well not have made an official bid yet, doesn't mean we're not in negotiations. De Bruyne may also not have, officially, informed the club he wants to leave, doesn't mean he doesn't.

What are his strengths and weaknesses please pal?
The accuracy of his delivery, gets the ball in quickly for stikers, Bony will love feeding off him.
He has a good strike on him too and will score a few screamers from outside the box. A very good acquisition
for the club even if it's over the odds.
However, the question was is he at Hazards level and I'd say not remotely near that. He won't be as influential a player
for City as Kun, Silva or Toure for instance, they are a level ahead of him.
