Wolfsburg don't want to and don't need to sell, they are financially very secure with VW owning them.

The only way we would get De Bruyne is if he forces the move and wants City, otherwise Wolfsburg will end up keeping him.

So if he wants the move why is he playing ?

The reason that I have confidence in Txiki is that his past history is likely to mean that he has so many contacts and readily chat/wine/dine etc with the people that matter. Compare that to the accountant at the swamp - he has no 'football credentials' at all - so he is limited to the chequebook.

The best way to describe him is he's the Casanova of the DOF world
