Cant see anything about this on either sky or twitter aloffs has always said he wanted him to say but if a bid came in they would definitely consider it they have always left room for him to move with every answer they have given, maybe sky are spinning old quotes but hecking who is the manager has said he is a doubt for the supercup today would seem weird for aloffs to come out a couple of hours later and contradict him

Wolfsburg sporting director Klaus Allofs insists Kevin de Bruyne will not be leaving the club this summer.

The Belgian has been linked with a move to Manchester City, but Allofs said: "We expect Kevin de Bruyne to be with the team for the Super Cup and afterwards during the season, that’s the plan, to keep our players here.

"That’s not just the case for De Bruyne, but also Ivan Perisic, Bas Dost and Ricardo Rodriguez. These are all players who have been named in speculation."

ah ive just checked thats new quotes from aloffs and seem very strange seeing as they agreed a fee for perisic and he is directly contradicting what hecking has said also its the same as what he has always said and they key word is expects, he expected kdb to sign a new contract about 6 weeks ago and that has never happened , they never come out say is staying, rodgers said he expected sterling to stay

Not much new there really, obviously it would be their plan to keep players but when or if money is smacked on the table I'm sure he'll be more willing.
