De Bruyne?

That anonymous fella is chirping up again.

@Anonymous0211: Everyone around the club is extremely confident on De Bruyne- target is chelsea game but if not don't panic-this one will 100% be completed.
At least it lifts the gloom a little........ And he could be ITK...............

Who says we paid £49m? Take no notice of sky sports news 'sources'
If I could be bothered I'd get many links of articles regarding the £44m + £5m deal but as I really can't I'll just leave you pretending we got him for less than that (probably for a twix and a family sized bag of haribos)

Well I was going to panic, but if this guy says it is a goer then there is no reason to worry. Anxiously awaiting his twatter posting where he requests people to paypal him 500 quid so he can unlock his inheritance from the Prince of Nigeria or some such.

All feeding off the Ssn reported fee. Looks like you got sucked into it aswel. Get back to your twix.

Well 44m + a potential 5m is less than 49m when you consider that it is unlikely for every single one of his clauses to be activated and if they are he'd be well worth the 49m. These clauses often include winning the CL first season etc. so he is right- we haven't bought him for 49m, it is 44m with the potential to rise to 49m.
