De Bruyne?

Yo

Are you comparing it to Stoke though ?

In which case Angola would seem like Beverley Hills.

Sigh...really!?

Stoke is great, yeah it has its common area's like any city, but places in and around it like newcastle-under-lyme(where i live) are brilliant. Cheshire is stunning too.

You want really rough try notts, liverpool, or even area's of manchester thank you very much.

Was there any update on these supposed contract talks with Wolfsburg?

Last they left it...

Hopefully they'll come around.

But if he's into his music, you can't beat Manchester (and the UK in general) for music, we've got far more "history and class" in that dept.
Our footballers spend very little time in Manchester. They don't live in the county and even fly down to London to shop.

And the scores on the doors for the last 3 pages are

Munich 5
Berlin 1
Alderley edge 1
Manchester 1
And for the man in the padded cell, Stoke 1

Imagine the hype in this thread if Raiola was representing him?

When the season finished he was 23, just a year older than Pogba, and was infinitely more productive in a much better league. Yet the benchmark of a good transfer window appears to have been set at PP.

Hopefully we can get this one boxed off soon, because the Pep sabotage job at Bayern will only last so long and they will start buying the best Bundesliga talent again soon.

PSG coming late with a bid to drive up fee/wages. Don't see why they wouldn't want a homegrown player in Nasri, who would be surplus if KDB arrives

Because there's no limitation on homegrown players in the french league. Other registration rules and not exactly like they are in need of them.

The lack of hype is also a good thing as we won't have to pay an additional £20m-£30m just because of media hype, as a bonus it also puts less pressure on him than Pogba and Sterling. De Bruyne is imo the best signing we can make this window, watched a lot of Wolfsburg last season and he's being vastly underestimated around here imo, people who think he might be a plan B are nuts as he's better than Pogba and miles ahead of Sterling (granted he's 4 years older than the latter.) Wolfsburg's 4-1 dismantling of Bayern is the best example of what he's capable of, he was involved in pretty much everything.

I would be if we hadn't sold the business
Munich one of the best kept secrets in Europe IMHO
Spot on mate. I lived there for 5 years in the 80,s and given the choice of shitty Berlin or muenchen there's only 1 winner. Spot on about Starnberger See absolutely stunning. Good job Bayern don't want KDB cos wouldn't blame him for wanting to live there. Einmal loewe immer loewe!
