In my opinion, had he agreed to stay it would have been up on the wolfsberg website quicker than a scouser job application being rejected
Patrick de Koster says that no decision has been made by the former Chelsea man concerning his future but says that he is keeping his options open.
He told Canal+: "We will wait for Kevin to return from his vacation and then take time to make the best choice for his career.
"Everyone would like to have Kevin in their team but what the press are saying is wrong.
"I keep in contact with PSG as well as Bayern and of course Wolfsburg, but there is no significant progress for now."

Agree with a fee on here who are suggesting that no news with De Bruyne is good news. If he was going to sign a new deal at Wolfsburg then surely he would have done so by now? I think we'll get him.

This kid is a must over pogba.
The energy and pace in the team with
KDB, Sterling and Delph will drastically improve us in home and away games.
I think we still need Pogba or a class CM, as it's arguably the weakest area of our side. I hope to god we get KDB though.

Don't like the look of this Bayern Munich interest, especially in view of Schweinsteiger being sold to the rags and opening up a place for KDB and being able to put the fee towards a bid for our target. this might be one of the options the agent is talking about. Hope not

Schwein is a defensive midfielder these days, De Bruyne is an attacking midfielder, Schwein's transfer doesn't mean much in regards to De Bruyne. I'm not so worried about Bayern, they never spend big on transfers, their record signing is £28m for Javi Martinez, De Bruyne will cost double that, probably even more since they're Wolfsburg's main competitor. They've also signed Douglas Costa as their current stand-in for Ribery, so I don't think they're looking to sign anymore attacking midfielders/wingers.
I'm not as worried about Bayern as I am PSG.

well with delph turning us down its worrying whether txixi can convince this lad to come as its a much harder signing imho....if he struggles to convince delph then he is really going to struggle to convince KDB as he seems quite happy where he is and is going to be offered a new contract...let hope Txixi et al can get this one over the line and we don't get turned down again

Doubt it was convincing Delph tbh...reckon he just had concerns about game time and his England career.

agree but surely its down to the powers (txixi etc) at be to convince him that his england career wouldn't be affected
