They are fractions. 7/2 as a decimal is 3.5 and 6/4 is 1.5. So the price has moved 2 points ;-)

These are betting odds.

If you put £4 on then you get £6 back (plus your £4). His price used to mean that if you put £2 on then you got £7 (plus your £2).

It means that the bookmakers who determine the odds/prices now show the likelihood of the transfer to be more likely than they used to think.

Well, it doesn't mean that really but that is what people usually mean when they post the odds moving.

He's a fucking fraud who's been handed a blank cheque, has already failed with the most expensively assembled squad in the history of football, ruining top class players such as Falcao and Di Maria. He's spent a fortune again, signing an over the hill player on 250k a week. It'll all end in tears and the implosion will be phenomenal.
