Agree Damo, they seem to have no strategy and are just throwing money at areas of the squad that don't need it. They now have 6 midfielders, 5 wingers and just 1 striker. Their squad is so unbalanced.

I disagree. I think their manager is a sticky mess of ego, self importance and media hype but I think they have managed to strengthen 2/3 key areas so far and will continue to. I'd be worried if it wasn't for the fact they are losing/have lost several decent players: Falcao, Van Persie, Di Maria, Rafael (okay he's shit but still), De Gea and Valdes.

They've completely fucked up, buying people with varying styles, no cohesive structure based upon their FIFA rating.

how so darmian like any foreign player is a gamble, schweinsteiger is quality but at 31 and after a season of niggly injuries how he stands up to the prem is up for question, schneiderlin by all accounts a quality player butwe've seen what happens when southampton players try to step up, its all a wait an see i genuinely dont think hes building a good squad there and not just cos its united, i think he talks a better game than hes actually showing at the mo

Just watching more and more of his YouTube vids since I think we'll be doing this transfer next...astounded with how good he is with both feet, hard to tell at times which is his dominant foot.

I maintain that Pogba would be the more important signing based on both short and long-term need, but KDB is incredible. Would love to get him signed in the coming week or so and have him in the starting XI vs Chelsea.
