De Bruyne?

Remarkable levels of naivety on here. Why are none of you suggesting a loan move for Denayer may put De Bruyne in doubt? After all Kevin sticks to his own as you experts are well aware

Not wanting to start another mass flap, but didn't one of our ITK's say that his preference was PSG before they pulled out. Are they definitely back in or is his agent trying to hurry us along?

I think tolmie intimated that it might be a problem but my sense was that it was more on the basis of having another bidder able to pay over the odds. Maybe something about being closer to family for the player.

I'm with whomever said earlier that anyone that would rather play in Ligue Un than here isn't really of the mentality that you'd want anyway.

Also, at the wage level KDB could get here PSG would have to pay a giant distance past what we would to compensate for the daft French tax rate. They're closer to the knife on (modified) FFP than we are to begin with. I think for that reason alone there's probably not much to this chatter.

BTW - fair dos to that Anonymous fellow. Probably still full of shit, but certainly steadfast in sticking to his guns here today when Bayern's little farm club seemed to be organising a torchlight parade to commemorate KDB's apparent change of heart.

one min he says on stage he is staying and everything is doom and gloom and now every one is exited what has gone on?
Yep. "misquoted" basically. Agent is furious. Its still on. If you have the time I do recommend reading the last 100 pages though. It is quite a ride!

Cheers mate, I knew I'd read it somewhere.

Rather have a player a CL's team is desperately to try to keep. Which if you look at the rags targets, they've pretty much ran unopposed for everyone they've actually signed.

Be useful for those so desperate to slags of Txiki to reflect on this statement. It would seem that they would rather CITY were doing the easy deals where the buying is simple

It's 100% on his agent actually rang the BBC to state the whole staying thing was bollocks and that he literally wouldn't have left the stage in one piece if he stated the truth. Wolfsburg really are a bunch of,,,,,, and now the weather.
