De Bruyne?

Then tell me why Wolfsburg is even listening to Bayern's offer despite it being nowhere near ours?

Who says they are? Nobody knows anything, you've read it from a paper that makes money from making stuff up and decided to take it as truth. If they have put a bid in, maybe there's better clauses, maybe they get to keep him on loan for another season and they value that higher than the monetary difference in two potential offers? There's a number of reasons why they could be considering a bid from Bayern, if they even are at all, but suggesting it's because the entire league is bent and is treated as a Bayern feeder league is the most ridiculous of them all.

Such a bullshit thing to say. They, just like any other team in Germany want to compete with Bayern. Do you really think the entire league is acting as some kind of feeder league to Bayern? It's absurd. If Bayern come calling there's not many teams that can say no, I'd say the better German teams hate this more than most as they know they'll never be able to compete and they certainly hate it more than we do.

Teams like Wolsburg and Dortmund will never compete with Bayern. They might build a decent team and win the odd competition but eventually the richer clubs will pick off their best players and normal service will resume.

The problem German and even French clubs have is that their league is a lot less marketable than the PL and La Liga. They need Bayern and PSG to attract the top talent which helps the league become more attractive. In essence this gets them more money.

It's a horrible situation for Wolfsburg but they can either sell KDB abroad which will mean the Bundesliga losing one of its top talents or send him to Bayern. Either way they won't be challenging for the league.
