Normally I'd say Barry, as he's better at passing forward, but he needs a rest so I'd say de Jong.

I agree with all that De Jong is very defensive and Barry plays some great balls forward (Capello knows). Just as a side note I thought someone put "we haven't had a player like that sine Vonk"!! Don't worry it was in Yonks (speed readin eh?)
