The only optimism I have for this deal and it ain't much is that I would expect any announcement from the player to say he is staying he wouldn't say anything else. It is what he says in private that matters especially any discussion he has with Roma. Until Roma come out and say he ain't leaving no matter what the bid, I am sure this thread will rumble on. The transfer window only has 10 days to run so it isn't as though we have months of this to go. I can hang on a little while longer. :-)
