Italian agent Vincenzo Morabito has commented on the Giallorossi's predicament and some of their stars are likely to be leaving the Stadio Olimpico.

"The club is in a very difficult situation. I expect two or three significant departures," admitted the player representative to 24oredisport.

"Without a doubt [Philippe] Mexes will leave, the other could be [Simone] Perrotta. Roma have a great offer from an English team for De Rossi, he wants a new challenge so I think the vice-captain could also be sold."

De Rossi has made 38 appearances in all competitions for the Giallorossi in 2008-09, scoring three goals in the process.

Not sure about Mexes,but De Rossi is class.

Mexes is wanted by top European clubs after an excellent season with Roma.

Poi De Rossi puntualizza che, nonostante l'interesse da parte di Inter e Real Madrid, lui non si muove dalla capitale. 'In questo periodo - dice - ci sono sempre voci di mercato, ma il mio futuro e' a Roma. Sono molto legato a questa citta' ' De Rossi parla infine della finale di Champions a Roma e dei problemi di sicurezza: 'Roma e' accogliente con tutti. Quanto alla partita, non faccio pronostici anche perche' veramente tutto e' possibile'.

I cant be arsed translating it all-basically De Rossi is saying despite the interest of Real Madrid and Inter he is staying in Roma.He says his future is in Rome and everything else is just the transfer rumours that surface at this time of year.
